Amine catalyst A33 is a liquid catalyst containing 33% triethylenediamine (TEDA). This highly active tertiary amine catalyst promotes the reaction of isocyanates with polyols, resulting in foam cross-linking. The flexible polyurethane foam has good mechanical properties. The optimum performance of the amine catalyst A33 can be obtained if the amine catalyst A1 is used in conjunction with the amine catalyst A1.
Physical properties:
Shape: colorless or pale yellow liquid
A purity of 99% or more.
Moisture 0.5% or less;
Viscosity (25℃) : 100mPa. S;
Density (20℃) : 1.033g/cm3;
Flash point (PMCC) : 79℃;
Vapor pressure (38℃) : 266Pa
Application of amine catalyst A33:
Amine catalyst A33 is suitable for all types of polyurethane foams. It is completely soluble in water and can be thoroughly mixed with polyols, fluorocarbons and stannous catalysts. In all foam formulations, triethylamine catalyst A33 replaces one time solid triethylenediamine, for example, 0.3 php-amine Catalyst A33 replaces 0.1 PHP solid triethylenediamine.
Amine catalyst A33 is widely used in polyurethane soft foam, polyurethane hard foam, sponge foam, high rebound sponge, car seat high rebound foam, spraying hard foam, imitation wood hard foam, polyurethane composite material, waterproof coating and polyurethane adhesive.
